It doesn't get much simpler than this:
To subscribe: send e-mail to msql_bind-request@seawood.org with the subject line containing the single word "subscribe"
To unsubscribe: send e-mail to msql_bind-request@seawood.org with the subject line containing the single word "unsubscribe"
